I’ve just placed an order — when will it be shipped?

Tracking: Your tracking number is typically updated 2–5 days after dispatch.

I’m not satisfied with my order — can I return it?
Yes. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is faulty or damaged.

You have 14 days from delivery to return the item for a full refund.

Returns are sent at your own expense.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method.
Please include your name and order number in the return parcel.
Note: If your package is already in transit, please wait until it arrives and then follow the return process.
Can I cancel my order?
Because we process orders immediately, cancellation isn’t possible once an order is confirmed.
You can, however, use our easy return policy for a full refund after the package arrives.
I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
If you entered an incorrect address, email support@lumeriqueltd.com before end of day of placing the order.
After the end of the day, we can no longer modify the address or issue refunds due to incorrect address details.
