RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, returns are possible.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions for approval:

  • The product must include all original parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when received.

  • Normal inspection and handling of the product is acceptable, but damage caused by careless or improper handling is excluded.

  • Products where hygiene is essential must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  • If the product arrived defective or damaged, this must be reported immediately.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Return processing may take up to 7 working days. If all conditions are met, your return will be confirmed within this period.

  • Lumerique reserves the right to refuse returns if products appear to have been used or damaged beyond our control.


HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@lumeriqueltd.com

  2. Include the following information in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo of the product (if damaged)

    • Full name

    • Customer’s address

⚠️ Do not return the product to the sender’s address on the package. Once your request is received, our support team will provide the correct return address. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER COLOR OR SIZE?

Unfortunately, direct exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different color, size, or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the unwanted product according to our return policy.


RETURNS POLICY

Consumers have the right of withdrawal in accordance with the conditions below, provided they are acting as natural persons and not for commercial or professional purposes.


CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Right of Cancellation

The cooling-off period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the last item in your order.

Because we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, shipments cannot be stopped once confirmed. Refunds are only possible after the goods have been returned to us.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us via a clear statement (e.g., by email to support@lumeriqueltd.com). The cancellation is completed once we have received the returned goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


Documentation for Shipments in Transit

Since our goods are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer and are outside of our control. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods, then return them according to our return process.

To speed up processing, we recommend sending us a shipment confirmation when returning goods.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you cancel the agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (and any additional costs if you selected a delivery method other than our standard shipping option).

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice and the returned goods. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.
